NOW.

Now is the time to talk about gun control. NOW.  The answer to guns is NOT more guns.  That’s a lie propagated by people who think their right to gun ownership is more important than anyone else’s right to live.  Including small children.  

I’m not saying get rid of guns.  Except assault rifles, which are really just for killing.  I’m saying legislate them.  

The government has to stop bowing to the NRA.  We have to stop insisting on fighting fire with fire.  It doesn’t work.  

A few things we can do:

-write our congressmen.  

-sign this petition to the White House to introduce legislation immediately. 

-pray.  always.
