No cross training this week, there were 4 running days instead of 3. This coming week I start speed work, which I definitely need :). No races coming up, I have 3 left this year and they’re all in November (5k the 2nd, half the 16th, 10k the 31st).
I had a few rough days this week where I had to walk / run but my 5-mile run today felt fabulous. Hopefully that carries over into this week. Also, I get two days of yoga. Woop!
